The 1st Convocation of
United International University has been scheduled to be held on October 28,
2010 in the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre. Hon’ble President
& Chancellor of Private Universities has kindly accorded permission already
for holding the Convocation and consented to be the chief guest and confer
degrees to the graduating students in the Convocation. Mr. Muslehuddin Ahmad, a
former Secretary & Ambassador and the pioneer of establishing private
universities in Bangladesh, has been selected as the Convocation Speaker of 1st
UIU Convocation 2010. A total of 476 graduating students have registered
themselves to participate in the Convocation till now.
