The United International University (UIU) strives for becoming a center of excellence in education in the South Asian region. It has been keenly pursuing to establish a pleasant and ambient teaching-learning-research environment. With this end in view, the university is looking for suitable candidates for immediate appointment to the following full-time teaching positions.

Vacant Positions Requirements

Professor
(Management, HRM, AIS, Business & Labor Law, MIS)

a) Candidates must have a Ph.D. having a very high academic distinction and reputation as an eminent scholar in his/her field with a minimum 12 (twelve) years’ active teaching experience at Honors or Post Graduate level out of which at least 3 (three) years as Associate Professor in a reputed institution.
Or
 Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum 13 (thirteen) years research & development experience (including teaching) at reputed industry/university out of which at least 7 (seven) years at senior level with 4 (four) years’ post-Ph.D. experience.

   b) Must have at least 20 (twenty) research publications of outstanding merit out of which at least 4 (four) in peer reviewed international journal.

Associate Professor
(Management, HRM, AIS, Business & Labor Law, MIS)

  a.   Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum 7 (seven) years active teaching experience at Honors or Post Graduate level out of which 4 (four) years as Assistant Professor.
Or
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum 8 (eight) years research & development experience (including teaching) at reputed industry/university out of which 4 (four) years at senior level with 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
  b.  Must have at least 8 (eight) research publications, out of which at least 2 (two) in peer reviewed international journal as Assistant Professor/ within the last 4 (four) years for candidates with industry experience.

Assistant Professor
(Management, HRM, AIS, Business & Labor Law, MIS)

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Or

  a.  Candidates must have M. Phil/Master Degree with a 4-year Bachelor Degree. Candidates with CGPA below 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 or 1st Division/Class in any stage of education will not be considered.
  b.  Must have at least 3 (three) years of university teaching experience at Honors or Post Graduate level or 5 (five) years job experience in national/multinational companies.
 c. Must have at least 3 (three) research publications.

Senior Lecturer
(Management, HRM, AIS, Business & Labor Law, MIS)

  a.  Candidates must have M. Phil/Master Degree with a 4-year Bachelor Degree. Candidates with CGPA below 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 or 1st Division/Class in any stage of education will not be considered.
  b.  Must have at least 1 (one) year teaching experience at Honors or Post Graduate level or 2 (two) years job experience in national/multinational companies.
 c. Must have at least 1 (one) research publication.

Lecturer
(Management, HRM, AIS, Business & Labor Law, MIS)

Candidates must have a Master Degree. Candidates with CGPA below 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 or 1st Division/Class in any stage of education will not be considered. Candidates having a Master degree after a 4-year Bachelor will get an additional increment at the time of joining.

Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the deserving candidates. Assistant Professor
English

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Or
  a)  Candidates must have M. Phil/Master Degree with a 4-year Bachelor Degree. Candidates with CGPA below 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 or 1st Division/Class in any stage of education will not be considered. Conditions may be relaxed in case of candidates belonging to English or any other Humanities subjects.
  b)  Must have at least 3 (three) years of university teaching experience at Honors or Post Graduate level or 5 (five) years job experience in national/multinational companies.
  c)  Must have at least 3 (three) research publications.
